What Happens After You Contact Us

1. We Review Your Request

Robert or a crew lead looks at your photos and details. If something is unclear, we text or call you with a quick question. Most requests are reviewed within two business hours.

2. You Get a Written Quote

For most homes, we can quote from photos. You get a written quote listing every surface, the method for each, and the total with tax. For larger homes, roofs, and commercial properties, we schedule a free walkthrough first.

3. You Pick a Date

Once you approve the quote, you choose a date that works for you. We confirm the day before by text. You do not need to be home as long as we can reach an outdoor spigot.

Tips for Sending Photos

Good photos help us give you an accurate quote without a visit. Take one photo of each side of your house from the street or yard, so we can see the height and siding. Add close ups of any stains, streaks, or problem areas. For roofs, a photo from the street showing the streaked slopes is enough, and for driveways, one photo from the end of the driveway works well.

Commercial and HOA Requests

For businesses, HOAs, and property managers, we start with a free site walk and send a written proposal. Tell us the property type, the areas you want cleaned, and how often.
